I fondly remember the first wedding I photographed on a radiant summer afternoon in Sierra National Forest. I felt pure joy as I captured guests wadding, babbling creek while the bride and groom gazed into each other's eyes and exchanged heartfelt vows on a secluded patch of earth. Witnessing the emotions and proud, happy tears on the parents’ faces and the bride’s grandmother's weathered hands holding her granddaughter's bouquet for safekeeping made me realize that my true calling is to preserve precious moments through photography.
